Tanya is an expert in her field with over 25 years' experience in entertainment marketing and publicity. 

Her past roles include International Marketing Manager for Universal Music New Zealand, Head of Publicity for PolyGram Records / Universal Music NZ, Commercial Director for EMI Music NZ and National Publicity Manager for Universal Pictures NZ.

Tanya spent several years juggling a venue marketing role with independent PR contracts for various artists and productions, leading to the creation of The Mother Agency in April 2019. 

Tanya has earned a reputation as a straightforward communicator with enviable relationships within the New Zealand entertainment industry.  She works hard for her clients, crafting unique and individually tailored campaigns, offering advice and - as your all-in partner -  doesn’t stop working to get results .
